Cavity Rust Inhibitor (Rustproofing) 

The micro-wax based anti-rust compound is atomized and fogged into all the vehicle’s inner panels and cavities through the manufacturers’ drain holes, with absolutely no drilling required. The thixotropic nature of the rust preventative provides for superior crevice and seam penetration, ensuring that the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies are protected. Once cured the Cavity rust inhibitor forms a clear/amber, semi-firm protective barrier against salt, water and other damaging elements that often become trapped inside these inner panels and cavities. The Cavity Rust Inhibitor is imperative to protecting your vehicle, often times the inner panels e.g. rocker panels have very little to no paint at all and no clear coat for any kind of protection, so when salt or chloride brines become trapped in these areas with no where to go (regular car wash won’t reach the cavities) it’s just a matter of when the rust starts forming from the inside out. ValuGard Cavity Rust inhibitor also has the dielectric strength to protect the wiring and electrical components from corroding that are often hidden in these inner panels. The Cavity Rust Inhibitor has passed and exceeded independent testing against not only traditional rock salt but also Magnesium Chloride which is up to 10x more corrosive and is being used in de-icing brines. Areas where the Rust inhibitor are applied include: inner- hood, fenders, doors, quarters, tailgate/deck lid, rocker panels, frame, crossmembers, etc.

Undercoating

ValuGard Undercoating formulated with highly refined asphalt and blended with premium waxes, resins and other corrosion inhibitors is a high strength, highly abrasion resistant, corrosion preventative coating. Once cured the durable yet pliable coating will be dry to the touch and will not run or drip in extreme high temperatures or become brittle in sub-zero weather. ValuGard undercoating is formulated for superior adhesion and is considered a self-healing coating, the undercoating will not crack or peel allowing moisture or corrosion causing chemicals to become trapped behind. ValuGard undercoating has undergone extensive independent corrosion testing and has exceeded the standards against traditional rock salt as well as Magnesium Chloride. As an added bonus the undercoating acts as an insulator reducing road noise and provides a black “cosmetic” uniform appearance to the wheel wells and underbody. Areas where undercoating is applied: exterior of frame, crossmembers, undercarriage sheet metal, and inside the wheel wells.

Paint Protection

Mother nature can take a toll on your vehicles painted surfaces, from harmful UV rays that can oxidize and fade the paint to bird droppings and bugs that can etch the clear coat. Premium protection is a must, ValuGard has developed two premier options to ensure your ride is protected and keeps that showroom shine. First is the ValuGard (Generation 8) Paint Sealant, which features nano- technology that produces a polyurethane coating comprised of smaller particles that result in a closer bond to the painted surface. This closer bond reduces the pore size so that dirt and moisture can’t enter. Providing a smoother surface with superior characteristics- a protective shield that contains a UV blocker to protect against fading, and shines to a brilliant, deep, wet look while enhancing the clear coat of today’s paint finishes. Second option is CeraMax H/O ceramic coating, featuring both hydrophobic (repels moisture) and oleophobic (repels oils) properties (others are hydrophobic only) This system creates a unique hybrid structure that bonds with the paint, providing a surface up to three times as hard as clear coat. Protects paints from industrial fallout, acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings insects and more.

Interior Protection 

ValuGard Fabric protector is a resin- based formula which when applied completely encases every fiber and thread of a vehicle’s fabric and will not wash off like other water-based products. Features “UV Check” protection to prevent material fading and discoloration. Prevents stains from coffee, soft drinks, milk and most spills. Prolongs fabric life; spills just bead up and wipe off. Applied to cloth seats, arm rests and carpets.

ValuGard Leather/Vinyl Protector beautifies interior surfaces while protecting against permanent staining. A specially formulated acrylic coating that lasts for years and does not evaporate from the treated surface. A non-greasy formula does not attract dust nor leave surfaces slippery. Virtually a liquid vinyl to protect expensive interior components. Applied to leather /vinyl seats, arm rests and door panels. *Not for use on raw, untreated, anillin or suede leathers.
