No, unlike other places that charge you yearly for inspections and touchups in order to keep your warranty, ValuGard coatings are designed for a one-time application and do not require re-applications or inspections. A. It’s no secret that vehicles depreciate in value as soon as they leave the dealer parking lot. By adding ValuGard you can help to protect your investment, limit the depreciation and increase trade-in value or the amount of private sale. Which truck would you pay more for; one with rust bubbles on the rear wheel arch and cab corner or one that was treated with ValuGard and is rust free and is visually appealing as the day it was made?
A. Frankly, there’s no need to. With our equipment we are able to access all of the critical cavities through the manufacturers drain holes and our thixotropic product travels, penetrates and creeps so well to ensure protection. Drilling holes can actually cause rust, first you’re breaking the manufacture’s paint barrier every time you drill, second the small metal shavings from drilling the hole will transfer into the cavity and will be highly susceptible to corrosion (even if the area is treated due to the small size of the shavings) which could lead to future issues.
A. No, your vehicle can still be treated with ValuGard, even in severe cases, through our rust conversion process to help prolong its life. However, if there is pre-existing rust present, we will be unable to offer a warranty.
A. No, we can also protect trailers, buses, dump trucks, golf carts, SxS, waste haulers, dumpsters and more.
